Delete your SaleBill account

For the app SaleBill, by KSK Apps (Kaaviya)

In the app (owner)

1. Open SaleBill and log in as the owner.
2. Tap the settings button on Today, then Delete business and account.
3. Enter your password and tap Delete everything.

Every phone of the business is logged out at once and nobody can log in again.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address of your owner account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your business name. We confirm by email.

Sellers

Seller logins belong to the business. Ask the owner to deactivate yours, or the owner can delete the whole business as above.

What is deleted, and when

Within 30 days we delete the business and everything in it: the owner account, seller logins, items, prices, stock, sales, invoices and day-end counts. We keep nothing, unless a law requires a record to be kept for longer; in that case only that record is kept, only for as long as the law requires.

Subscription payments and their invoices are held by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, under its own legal duties.
