1. Who we are

KSK Apps ("we", "us") makes software for small businesses and sells it from kskapp.com. KSK Apps is run by Kaaviya, a sole proprietor in IN, India. Contact: [email protected].

These terms cover every product sold on kskapp.com, including SaleBill (each a "Service"). A product with its own website and terms, such as RemodelFin at remodelfin.com, is covered by the terms on that website.

2. Accounts

The business owner creates the business account and any logins for their staff. The owner is responsible for who uses these logins and for keeping passwords safe. You must give correct information when you sign up.

3. Free trial

Each new business gets a free trial with all features: 30 days for SaleBill. No payment details are needed for the trial. You are not charged unless you choose to pay after the trial.

4. Plans and payment

After the trial, a Service is sold as a yearly or monthly plan, as shown on its pricing page (SaleBill: pricing). Prices are in the currency shown and exclude taxes such as GST, which are added at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. For UPI AutoPay, your bank notifies you at least 24 hours before each renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. If a plan is not paid

If a plan ends without payment, the daily work in the Service keeps working so no business record is lost. For SaleBill, sellers can still record sales and close their day, while some owner features, such as reports and adding sellers, pause until the plan is paid. We do not delete your data because of non-payment.

7. Your data

You own all business data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy. You can ask us for a copy of your data or for its deletion.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use a Service for anything unlawful, do not try to access other businesses' data, and do not try to break or overload a Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, taxes and invoices you issue to your customers.

9. The Service

We work to keep each Service available and correct, but it is provided as is. Work saved on a phone while offline stays on that phone until it is online; reinstalling the app before it is sent loses it, and the app warns about this. We may change features; we will tell owners in advance of changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of IN, India.
